The Internet is an astonishing resource that I could not have dreamed of when I adopted my children thirty years ago. Today adoptive parents can join online forums to discuss adoption with other adoptive parents and even connect online with pregnant women planning adoption. But face-to-face encounters for support and education are still irreplaceable. That’s why you should attend the Annual Conference of the Adoptive Parents Committee (APC), the largest Tristate volunteer adoptive parent organization, on Sunday, November 20, 2016, from 9:00 to 5:00 at St. Francis College in Brooklyn. (http://www.adoptiveparents.org).  Here is a video I created at APC’s request about why you should attend the APC Conference.
