Meet Robin Fleischner, Assisted Reproduction and Adoption Attorney
Robin’s boutique law firm is dedicated to surrogacy, assisted reproduction, LGBTQ parentage, and adoption. She became an adoption attorney as an outgrowth of adopting her two sons and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Responsiveness, personal attention, and adeptly finding solutions are hallmarks of her office.
Robin was instrumental in drafting the New Jersey Gestational Carrier Agreement Act and the New York Child Parent Security Act, which legalized surrogacy in New Jersey and New York. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in adoption, surrogacy, assisted reproduction, and parentage for LGBTQ families. Robin is a recipient of an Angels in Adoption Award from the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, and a Director of the New York Academy of Adoption and Family Formation Attorneys.
As a member of The LGBT Family Law Institute, a joint venture of the LGBT Bar and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, Robin collaborates with other experienced LGBT family formation practitioners to share collective wisdom and to discuss cutting-edge legal strategies for representing members of the LGBTQ community.
