III.You have the right to obtain prenatal medical care at no cost to you.
IV.You have the right to obtain counseling.
V.You have the right to choose the adoptive family for your child.
VI.You have the right to interview and meet the adoptive parents.
VII.You have the right to know that the adoptive parents are qualified under the laws of their state.
VIII.You have the right to be represented by your own attorney at no cost to you.
IX.You have the right to obtain assistance with your expenses.
X.You have the right to ensure that the adoption is safe and legal.
XI.You have the right to choose an open or closed adoption.
